1. Warm up AROMESSENCETM SPA RELAX in the palms of your hands.
2. Breathe in and savour the relaxing essential oils.
3. Begin by massaging the back of your legs, moving downwards, then gently work up the front of your legs.
4. A special moment: massage the feet using 2 hands, working from the toes to the ankles, and gently dwelling on the arch of the foot.
5. Massage the buttocks with circular motions. Then ease tension in the lower back using alternate transversal sweeps of the hands. Focus on the most sensitive areas.
6. Slowly massage the stomach, then the solar plexus, in a clockwise motion.
7. Next, move up to the nape of the neck and massage with both hands, using small downward circular motions. Ease tension in the shoulders at the same time.
8. Finish with an enveloping, smoothing action and run both hands down the arms, beginning at the shoulders and moving down to the fingertips.
